Workshop Registration, Refund, and Reschedule Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

This policy applies to all training programs, workshops, and online learning services conducted by Kavita Sharma through https://kavitasharma.net and https://lms.kavitasharma.net.

1. Workshop Registration

Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the program charges before the start date.

The program fee covers the following:

• Registration and administrative charges
• Venue and lunch arrangements for classroom workshops
• Meeting tools and conferencing platforms for online or blended sessions (participants must arrange their own headsets and internet access)
• Course deliverables as specified in the course catalog
• Post-course support for one year after completion

2. Program Refund Policy

In the rare event that a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or insufficient enrollment, participants are entitled to one of the following options:

• Attend an alternate workshop of equivalent value free of cost.
• Opt for a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of the request.

By Candidate

We understand that participants may need to cancel due to personal reasons. Refunds will be processed as per the timeline below:

• More than 31 days before workshop: 80% refund (20% retained for administrative and payment gateway costs).
• Between 31–15 days before workshop: 50% refund (venue and logistics commitments apply).
• Less than 15 days before workshop: No refund available.

3. Program Reschedule Policy

Participants may reschedule attendance to another available workshop as per the policy below.

For Classroom and Online (Flexi) Sessions

• More than 31 days before workshop: No charge for rescheduling.
• Between 30–15 days before workshop: 30% of the current program fee applies as a reschedule charge (venue and admin costs).
• Less than 15 days before workshop: 50% of the current fee applies.
• During the workshop: 100% of the current fee applies if you request to shift mid-session.

The alternate workshop must be selected at the time of reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and must be completed within one year of the request.

For Online Content (Self-Paced Courses)

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• If less than 10% of the course content has been consumed, an 80% refund will be issued.
• If more than 10% of the course content has been consumed, no refund will be processed.

4. Copyrights and Proprietary Material

All training materials, presentations, recordings, and documents provided during the course are the intellectual property of Kavita Sharma.

• No material may be copied, reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized use, distribution, or sharing of copyrighted course material constitutes a violation of professional ethics and copyright law, and may lead to reporting to PMI® or other relevant bodies.

5. Policy Amendments

Kavita Sharma reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be reflected on https://kavitasharma.net and communicated to registered participants as appropriate.
