These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online courses, training programs, and learning content provided by Kavita Sharma through https://kavitasharma.net and https://lms.kavitasharma.net. By enrolling in a course, accessing any material, or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any program offered by Kavita Sharma, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Workshop Terms Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the LMS or purchase any course.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to register for any paid program. Minors may enroll only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
  • You agree not to share your credentials, sell, or transfer access to any course or account to another person.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify help@kavitasharma.net immediately.

4. Course Access and Usage

  • Course access is granted for personal, non-commercial learning only.
  • All online materials, videos, templates, and assessments are the intellectual property of Kavita Sharma and protected under copyright law.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or publicly display any course material without written consent.
  • Access to courses may be time-limited as per your enrollment plan (e.g., 1 year for self-paced access).

5. Payments and Billing

  • All program fees must be paid in full before course commencement.
  • Payments made through the LMS or official website are processed by secure third-party gateways.
  • All fees are non-transferable and subject to applicable taxes.

6. Refunds and Rescheduling

Refunds and reschedules are governed separately by the Refund, Reschedule & Workshop Terms Policy. Please review that policy before enrolling.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude during live sessions, discussions, and communication with trainers or peers. Abusive or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and course content associated with Kavita Sharma remain the sole property of the creator. Use of these materials without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kavita Sharma and associated trainers make no guarantees of certification success or career outcomes. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the agreed course material and reasonable learning support. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the LMS or its content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or misuses the platform. In such cases, course access and related benefits may be revoked without refund.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. Updated versions will be published on this page with a new effective date.
