⚠ The PMP® exam is changing in July 2026
PMI is releasing a new Exam Content Outline. Business Environment jumps from 8% to 26% of the exam. New topics become testable — AI-enabled project management, sustainability, ESG, and value delivery. Question formats change too: case-study sets, drag-and-drop, and graphic interpretation.
Preparing on the new outline covers both exams. Preparing on the old one does not.

Frequently asked questions
What is PMP® certification?
The Project Management Professional (PMP®) is a globally recognised certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It demonstrates your ability to lead and manage projects using predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches. PMP is one of the top three most in-demand certifications worldwide.
Who is eligible for the PMP® exam?
You need a four-year degree + 36 months leading projects, or a secondary degree + 60 months leading projects, plus 35 contact hours of project management education. This class provides the 35 contact hours.
When does the new PMP® exam start?
The new exam based on the 2026 Exam Content Outline goes live in July 2026. The current exam can be taken until immediately before.
Is this class valid for both the current and the new exam?
Yes. The 2026 ECO is a superset — preparing on the new outline covers everything in the current exam plus the new topics. You can sit either exam after completing this class.
What are the new topics on the 2026 PMP® exam?
The 2026 exam adds AI-enabled project management, sustainability and ESG, expanded governance, and value delivery. Business Environment jumps from 8% to 26%. New question formats include case-study sets, drag-and-drop, and graphic interpretation.
How is this different from other PMP courses?
Most courses teach you the material and wish you luck. This is a structured system — pre-reads, live class, and a 21-day sprint to exam day with daily assignments, mocks, and check-ins. The instructor is a PMBOK® Guide contributor, not just a certified trainer. And there’s a pass assurance: if you follow the plan and don’t pass, you retrain free.
What if I don’t pass?
If you follow the structured plan and don’t pass, you retrain at no extra cost. That’s the Kavita Sharma Assurance — a 99.99% pass rate backed by a concrete guarantee.
Do I get 35 PDUs / contact hours?
Yes. This is a PMI Authorised Training Partner (ATP) programme. You receive 35 contact hours and a certificate of completion that meets PMI’s education requirement for the PMP® application.
Can I take this class if I have no project management experience?
The Bridge to PMP pre-reads are designed for beginners — they introduce all key concepts before the live sessions. However, you still need to meet PMI’s experience eligibility requirements to sit the PMP exam.
Is PMP® certification worth it in 2026?
PMP-certified professionals earn on average 25% more than non-certified project managers (PMI Salary Survey). With over 1.4 million holders globally, PMP remains the most recognised project management credential — and the 2026 update makes it even more relevant by adding AI and sustainability.
