You may already have the experience.
The challenge is turning that experience into program-level thinking — and then communicating it clearly in your PgMP application and exam.
That is what this workshop is designed to help you do.
PgMP® is not a bigger PMP®.
PMP® focuses on delivering a project successfully. PgMP® moves you into a different level of responsibility — leading related projects and components toward strategic outcomes.
Projects
Scope · Schedule · Cost · Deliverables
Programs
Strategy · Benefits · Governance · Dependencies
Leadership
Influence · Decisions · Stakeholders · Outcomes
The workshop is built around making this shift.
You don’t need the title “Program Manager” to start thinking like one.
Many experienced professionals manage programs without having a job title that says so.
Project Managers ready to move up
You’ve delivered projects for years and are ready for broader responsibility.
Operations Managers & Consultants
You coordinate projects, teams, budgets and business outcomes — even if your title is different.
PMP® holders ready for the next step
You already understand project management. Now you want to operate at the program level.

Meet Your Mentor
Learn from someone who has actually done the work.
Hi, I’m Kavita Sharma.
I believe I am a better trainer because I have been exactly where you are. With approximately 25 years of industry experience, I have managed and led complex programs at global organizations including Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, and Sapient.
Since 2014, I have dedicated myself to coaching professionals full-time. My deep understanding of PMI standards comes from active, hands-on involvement—I served as a quality reviewer for the PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition and as a contributor to the PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition.
I don’t just teach the theory; I teach you how to apply program management practically, strategically, and successfully.
Before you enroll
Three things you should know.
1. You need real experience.
This workshop helps you understand and communicate your experience. It does not create experience that you do not have.
2. PMI makes the final decision.
Kavita can guide, review, and prepare you, but PMI controls application acceptance, panel review, and examination results.
3. Your effort still matters.
The workshop gives you structure, feedback, and support. You still need to study, practise, and prepare on your own time.
People Speak
Kavita’s PgMP mentorship gave me the clarity and discipline. Her teaching style makes thing easy and I could relate it to my program and work. I passed PgMP in my first attempt - No PgMP application Audit - No Panel Review Rejection. I would recommend her for any management training. Priya N
When PMI asked for more details for my PgMP Panel Review, I was stuck. It was my final attempt before my application would be closed, and I was incredibly anxious. Kavita stepped in and helped me rewrite the entire application. She gave me a clear template and step-by-step guidance. My application was quickly approved by the panel. Thank you, Kavita

Questions
PgMP® — your questions, answered simply.
If you want to move beyond managing individual projects and take on broader program responsibility, PgMP can be a logical next step. It demonstrates program-management knowledge and experience at a higher level than project management.
Your job title alone does not determine whether your experience is relevant. What matters is the nature of the work you performed. If you coordinated related projects or components toward broader organizational outcomes, your experience may be relevant. We help you understand how to map it.
Eligibility depends on your education and experience. PMI’s current requirements should always be checked directly with PMI before applying. If you are unsure whether your experience qualifies, contact Kavita before enrolling.
The panel review is a PMI evaluation of your program-management experience before you proceed to the examination. The workshop includes guidance on preparing your experience summaries and understanding the panel-review process.
