Workshop Registration, Refund, Reschedule & Copyright Guidelines

1. Workshop Registration

📌 Note: Workshop registration is strictly valid only upon receipt of full payment of the Program Charges prior to the scheduled start date.

Your Program Charges cover:

  • Official Course Registration fees.
  • Training venue arrangements and lunch/refreshments (for Classroom batches).
  • Meeting room access and virtual conference tools (for Live Online & eLearning workshops). *Participants are required to arrange a stable high-speed internet connection and functional headset.
  • All official Course Deliverables as specified in the course catalog.
  • Post-completion guidance and support for one (1) full year.

2. Program Refund Policy

A. Cancellations Initiated by Kavita Sharma

If a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, trainer illness, or insufficient batch enrollment, we ensure that:

  • An alternate training batch or learning option is provided FREE OF COST.
  • Or, you may opt for a FULL (100%) REFUND.
  • All processed refunds will be completed within 30 days of the written request.

B. Cancellations Initiated by Candidate (Classroom & Live Online)

We understand plans change. Because venue space and operational resources are pre-committed, candidate cancellations are handled as follows:

Notice Given Eligible Refund Operational Details
> 31 Days in Advance 80% REFUND 20% retained for administrative, enrollment, and gateway reversal costs.
15 – 31 Days in Advance 50% REFUND 50% retained due to locked venue commitments and non-refundable seat holds.
Less than 15 Days NO REFUND Venue and operational charges are non-recoverable at this stage.

C. Refund Policy for Self-Paced Online Content

Refund requests for self-paced courses must be initiated within 7 days of purchase:

  • 10% or less content consumed: Eligible for an 80% refund (20% retained for admin/platform costs).
  • More than 10% content consumed: NO REFUND will be processed.
  • After 7 days from purchase date: NO REFUND will be processed.

3. Program Reschedule Policy

If you need to reschedule a few sessions or an entire workshop, the terms below apply for Classroom and ONLINE (Flexi) sessions:

15 – 30 Days Before Workshop 30% of Current Fee Covers admin and venue penalty adjustments.
Less than 15 Days Before Workshop 50% of Current Fee Covers non-recoverable venue seat charges.
Mid-Workshop / In-Progress 50% of Current Fee Contact us ASAP to request re-enrollment in a future batch at half fee.

⚠️ Important Reschedule Terms: You must specify your intended alternate workshop batch at the time of your reschedule request so we can reserve your seat upfront. Late selections are subject to seat availability. Rescheduling is valid for up to one (1) year from the date of the request.

4. Copyrights & Proprietary Property

  • All copyrights relating to any course materials, resources, slides, or questions provided or made available during the program remain the sole intellectual property of Kavita Sharma.
  • NO part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise), or translated into any language, without explicit prior written consent.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction, storage, or transmittal of copyrighted material constitutes a direct violation of the PMI® Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and will be reported to PMI®, leading to the suspension of your PMP® / credential eligibility.
