Live Instructor-Led PMP® Workshop
Learn the PMP® mindset live with Kavita — the same frameworks I used at Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, and Sapient — in a small class that keeps you accountable to the finish line.
A structured, instructor-led program where you learn live, ask questions in real time, and stay on pace with a small class — not alone with recordings.
Live Weekend Sessions
Four weekends, taught live. A weekend well spent, and skills you keep long after the exam.
Real-Time Q&A and Discussion
Ask as you go. Twelve people means your question gets answered in the class, not after it.
Fixed-Date Accountability
A date in the diary beats good intentions. You move with the class, so nobody quietly drifts.
Everything Included
LMS access, notes, pre-reads and the books. Nothing else to buy.
Most people signing up for PMP training have no idea what they’re buying until the first session starts. So here is an overview by Kavita Sharma.
Every seat in the workshop includes integrated strategies from my three industry-leading books.

I am a Significant Contributor to PMBOK® 6 and a Contributor to PMBOK® 8. I don’t just teach the book — I helped write the standards. Before teaching, I spent 16 years at Microsoft, Tech Mahindra and Sapient, and I have taught full time for the 10 years since. I teach you how to think like a practitioner and pass the first time.
Follow the structured plan and don’t pass, and you retrain with me at no extra cost.
Yes. The whole workshop is built on PMI’s 2026 Exam Content Outline, which PMI has been testing since 9 July 2026. That includes AI in project management, sustainability and ESG, value delivery, and the new question types: case sets, drag and drop, and graphic interpretation.
Yes. This is a PMI Authorized Training Partner course. You get 35 contact hours and 35 PDUs with a certificate of completion, which is exactly what PMI asks for on your application.
Yes, and almost everyone does. Sessions run on weekends, and the 21-day plan afterwards is built around about an hour a day.
Every session is recorded and posted to your portal, so you can catch up and stay with the class. If you need to move to a later workshop entirely, you can.
No. Around 85% of the content overlaps between the 2021 and 2026 outlines, because the core project management ideas have not changed. What changed is the weighting, and Business Environment in particular went from 8% to 26%. We cover that properly.
Twelve at most. Small enough that every question gets answered and I can see how each person is doing. The workshop also runs with as few as three people, so it will not be cancelled on you.
No. The study guide, the practice tests and the shortcuts book are all included, along with the Bridge to PMP pre-reads and LMS access.
Take the self-paced mentorship, which starts the day you enrol, or start with the book. The 21-day plan is the same either way.
Only 12 seats per class, and it runs even if only three people book — never cancelled for low enrolment.
Two other ways in. Both use the same 21-day plan, and you can join a workshop later.
Prepare with my self-paced mentorship — start the day you enrol and move at your own pace, with the same toolkit and personal guidance.
The whole 21-day plan in print or on Kindle. Read a few days, see whether the method suits how you learn, and come to a workshop later if you want the live version. USD 39.99 / INR 1100 paperback, from USD 0.99 on Kindle.
Certification isn’t permanent. You’ll need 60 PDUs every three years to keep it, with minimums in each Talent Triangle area — so it’s worth knowing how PMP renewal and the 60 PDU requirement works before your first cycle starts, rather than in the last month of it.
