Hi, I’m Kavita Sharma.
I believe I am a better trainer because I have been exactly where you are. With approximately 25 years of industry experience, I have managed and led complex programs at global organizations including Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, and Sapient.
Since 2014, I have dedicated myself to coaching professionals full-time. My deep understanding of PMI standards comes from active, hands-on involvement—I served as a quality reviewer for the PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition and as a contributor to the PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition.
I don’t just teach the theory; I teach you how to apply program management practically, strategically, and successfully.

This workshop helps you understand and communicate your experience. It does not create experience that you do not have.
2. PMI makes the final decision.
Kavita can guide, review, and prepare you, but PMI controls application acceptance, panel review, and examination results.
3. Your effort still matters.
The workshop gives you structure, feedback, and support. You still need to study, practise, and prepare on your own time.

Is PgMP® worth it for project managers?
If you want to move beyond managing individual projects and take on broader program responsibility, PgMP can be a logical next step. It demonstrates program-management knowledge and experience at a higher level than project management.
Can I pursue PgMP® if my title is not Program Manager?
Your job title alone does not determine whether your experience is relevant. What matters is the nature of the work you performed. If you coordinated related projects or components toward broader organizational outcomes, your experience may be relevant. We help you understand how to map it.
What are the PgMP® eligibility requirements?
Eligibility depends on your education and experience. PMI’s current requirements should always be checked directly with PMI before applying. If you are unsure whether your experience qualifies, contact Kavita before enrolling.
What is the PgMP® panel review?
The panel review is a PMI evaluation of your program-management experience before you proceed to the examination. The workshop includes guidance on preparing your experience summaries and understanding the panel-review process.
Does the workshop include help with my application?
Yes. Application guidance is a core part of the workshop. We help you identify strong examples from your experience and communicate them clearly as program-management experience.
When does the workshop start?
The next workshop starts on 7 November 2026 and runs for four weeks, with one live group session each week.
Can I do this while working full-time?
Yes. The workshop is designed around working professionals. There is one live session each week, guided self-study, and access to recordings and learning materials.
What if I don't pass the examination?
Certification results are determined by PMI. Kavita’s commitment is to provide structured preparation, feedback, and continued guidance so you can identify your gaps and prepare properly for the examination.
