Project management training, delivered inside your organisation

Private cohorts for your project managers, your programme managers and your operations heads — at your office anywhere in the world, or in a private virtual classroom.
Taught by Kavita Sharma, a contributor to the PMBOK® Guide, with a test before the training and an exam-standard test after it, so you can see what the four days actually moved.

Start with the level, not the certificate

Your operations heads, your project managers and your programme managers are missing different things. Send each of them to the one that fixes theirs.
2days

Project Management for Executives

For operations heads and functional managers who run work by instinct rather than method. No PMI eligibility requirement, so nobody is left out.

4days

PMP certification workshop

For project managers with the experience but no credential. Twenty people, 35 PMI contact hours each, and their PMI application reviewed before it is submitted.

4days

PgMP for programme managers

For the people holding several projects together who are still managing them as projects. Benefits, governance and the programme lifecycle.

OPM

Organisational project management

When the problem is not one team’s skills but how the whole organisation governs delivery. A consulting engagement, not a course.

How you will know it worked

Most training is judged on whether people enjoyed it. This one is judged on whether they improved, and the numbers come to you rather than an assurance that it went well.
Before

A baseline test

Twenty-five to thirty questions before any teaching starts, so you have a starting position for each person and for the group.

After

An exam-standard test

The same length again at the standard of the real exam, sat at the close of the workshop.

Reported

Both sets come to you

Movement is visible per participant and across the group, which is what you need when the spend has to be justified upward.

What you are actually buying

The person who designed it teaches it

Kavita writes the material, runs the four days and reviews the applications herself. There is no associate trainer behind the brochure, so you know before you book who walks into the room.

A PMI Authorized Training Partner

Every participant gets the official 35 PMI contact hours certificate, which is the one PMI accepts on the application without coming back with questions.

A PMBOK® Guide contributor

Significant Contributor to the Sixth Edition and contributor to the Eighth — the standard the current exam is built on. Your team learns it from someone who helped write it.

Paperwork your finance team recognises

A registered company, invoiced in your company name with GSTIN, so procurement has nothing to work around.

Start with a free team readiness check

Send a group. They sit a twenty-five to thirty question assessment at exam standard, and you get a report back.

How the group scores by domain

Where the strength is and where it is not, for the group as a whole and for each person in it.

How many of them are PMP eligible

Answered before you plan anything, so you are not building a cohort around people who cannot sit the exam yet.

Which of them should go where

A recommendation in plain words — who belongs in the two-day executive workshop and who is ready to certify.

It costs nothing, it shows you the method before any money moves, and it gives you the evidence for the business case you have to write internally.

How it is priced

Training is priced per day and quoted on request, because the figure depends on delivery mode, location and how much of the material is rebuilt around your projects. Invoicing is in your company name with GSTIN.

Included in the quote

  • Instructor-led teaching for the full programme
  • 35 PMI contact hours certificate for each participant on the PMP workshop
  • Baseline and closing tests, with results reported to you
  • Application support — portal, template, prompts and review
  • A year of access to the learning platform
  • The day-by-day study plan and the PMP Test Prep Kit

Paid separately

  • PMI membership and exam fees, paid by each participant to PMI directly, so nothing here carries a markup on them
  • Travel, accommodation and meals for on-site delivery, arranged and borne by you
  • Printed books, if you want them. Everything provided is digital

Where and how it runs

What you are deciding How it works
Cohort size Twenty participants from your organisation
Delivery On-site at your premises, or as a private virtual classroom
Location Anywhere. Travel, stay and meals for on-site delivery are arranged and borne by you
Scheduling Dates set around your team’s delivery calendar, not a public batch
Time zones Sessions display in your own time zone, and the working window is agreed with you
Eligibility PMP participants must already meet PMI’s experience criteria; the executive workshop has no such requirement
Content The standard curriculum, or case studies rebuilt around your own projects
Materials Recordings, slides, study capsules and quizzes on lms.kavitasharma.net, with a year of access

What training teams ask before they commit

Twenty participants from your organisation. A public batch is capped at twelve because twelve strangers from six industries need a small room to discuss in, but a private cohort already shares the projects, the vocabulary and the delivery process, so a larger group still works and the examples come from their own work.
On-site delivery is available anywhere. Travel, accommodation and meals are arranged and borne by you. If that is not practical, the same programme runs as a private virtual classroom scheduled around your team’s calendar.
They go to Project Management for Executives instead. It is two days, it has no PMI eligibility requirement, and it gives operations heads and functional managers the structure and the shared vocabulary without an exam at the end. People who do not meet PMI’s criteria are not enrolled on the PMP workshop, because four days of certification training nobody can act on helps no one.
Training is priced per day and quoted on request. The figure depends on delivery mode, location and how much of the material is rebuilt around your projects. PMI membership and exam fees are paid by each participant to PMI directly and carry no markup here.
Their recordings, materials and Test Prep Kit stay available for the remainder of their one-year access, and Kavita works with them on the domains that let them down before they sit again. PMI’s re-take fee is paid to PMI.
It is taught inside the workshop and supported afterwards with a template, custom prompts and a review before anything is submitted. This matters more than it sounds: the application stops more candidates than the exam does, and a stalled application is how a corporate cohort quietly fails to convert into certifications.
Yes, if you want it to. The case studies can be rebuilt around your delivery process and your projects, so people practise judgement on work they recognise rather than a generic example.
Talk through feasibility first — a cohort of twenty, on-site or virtual, and where it runs. No participant names or documents are needed at that stage. Then the dates are fixed against your calendar, and the quote and invoice details follow.
