Of those, at least 18 must come from Education, structured taught learning, with the remainder available from other categories. The cycle itself runs three years from the date the certification was earned or last renewed.

Can I really renew my PMI-RMP with this?

Will PMI accept these PDUs against my PMI-RMP?

What if my PMI-RMP is already suspended?

Is this really all thirty PDUs, or will I need a top-up?
It is the whole 30 PDUs and more, since the course carries 34 Education PDUs and covers the full cycle.
What happens to the four spare PDUs?
If earned in the final 12 months of the cycle, PMI allows up to 10 spare PDUs to carry into the next cycle; earned earlier, they simply remain on the current cycle’s record.
I hold the PMP as well. Does this count towards both?
It can, since PMI’s CCR Handbook allows Power Skills and Business Acumen PDUs to apply across certifications and Ways of Working PDUs to count towards the PMP, though each credential’s own dashboard should be checked since cycle end dates differ.
I already have some PDUs on my dashboard. Are these wasted?
Not wasted, but worth checking first by putting existing dashboard totals into the PDU calculator to see the exact gap still to close.
What happens if my renewal is audited?
The course provides a downloadable certificate and sits on PMI’s own register under its claim code, and help preparing an audit response is available on request, though no audit outcome can be guaranteed.
My cycle ends soon. Is there time?
Usually yes, since the course is accessible immediately and the claim code is accepted in CCRS right away, and PMI allows 90 days after the cycle end date to complete renewal.
