Description

PMI requires every PMP® instructor who teaches under an Authorized Training Partner to hold the PMI Authorized Instructor credential. This product is year one of that path with Kavita Sharma’s ATP: your nomination to PMI, PMI’s two-day Train-the-Trainer course paid on your behalf, and twelve months of affiliation as an instructor on the ATP roster.

This fee includes PMI’s Train-the-Trainer course. PMI’s charge for the two-day Train-the-Trainer programme and its end-of-course assessment is paid to PMI on your behalf at nomination — you do not pay PMI separately. The fee also covers your first twelve months of affiliation; from year two the affiliation renews annually at the instructor renewal fee shown in your dashboard.

Batch listings Up to two PMP® batches per affiliation year, listed on your page and the trainers directory, registered with PMI through the ATP.

Not included: PMI instructor material kits and PMI student kits, which are purchased separately through the ATP for every learner you teach.

How it works

  1. Email your résumé to help@kavitasharma.net. PMI requires Agile experience or an Agile certification alongside an active PMP®.
  2. After profile review and approval, pay the nomination fee here. Please order with the email address you will use as your instructor login.
  3. Your instructor account and trainer page are created automatically; you receive a login email and accept the Instructor Affiliation Terms & Conditions on first login.
  4. The ATP nominates you with PMI and issues the Train-the-Trainer voucher. PMI emails you access to the course and its dates.
  5. Complete PMI’s two-day live Train-the-Trainer course and pass the end-of-course assessment.
  6. Receive the PMI Authorized Instructor badge; the ATP adds you to its roster and publishes your trainer page.

Your obligations

  • PMI guidelines. Every PMP® batch follows the PMI ATP Program requirements and the PMI-authorized curriculum.
  • Student kits. Every learner receives an official PMI student kit purchased through the ATP.
  • Live delivery only. No self-study, on-demand or recorded PMP® module is hosted or sold under the affiliation.
  • Terms. Affiliation is subject to the Instructor Affiliation Terms & Conditions, accepted on first login.

Please note

The fee is non-refundable once your nomination has been submitted to PMI, because PMI does not refund the Train-the-Trainer registration. Earning the credential does not guarantee a training engagement with the ATP; ongoing association depends on your delivery standards and alignment with the ATP’s requirements, and on annual renewal of the affiliation.
