Workshop Registration, Refund & Reschedule Policy

At kavitasharma.net, we aim to provide seamless, high-quality learning experiences. Please review our policies regarding registration, course deliverables, cancellations, and rescheduling prior to enrolling.

Important Note: Registration for any training program is valid only upon receipt of full payment prior to the program start date.

1. What Your Program Fee Covers

Your program fee includes full access to course materials and post-training support as detailed below:

  • Course Deliverables: Access to study guides, practice question banks, and assets as specified in the course catalog.
  • Classroom Programs: Training venue access, administrative support, and lunch/refreshments during scheduled classroom hours.
  • Online & Live eLearning Workshops: Virtual conference tool access. (Note: Participants are responsible for securing a high-speed internet connection and functional headsets).
  • Post-Course Support: Expert coaching and query resolution support for one (1) full year following course completion.

2. Program Refund Policy

A. Cancellations Initiated by Kavita Sharma

If a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, trainer illness, or insufficient enrollment, you will be offered:

  1. An alternate training batch or learning option at zero additional cost.
  2. A 100% full refund, processed to your original payment method within 30 days of request.

B. Cancellations Initiated by Candidate (Live & Classroom Workshops)

If you need to cancel your registration, refund eligibility is based on notice provided prior to the workshop start date to cover committed venue, operational, and gateway reversal charges:

15 – 31 Days in Advance 50% Refund 50% retained due to committed venue seat reservations.
Less than 15 Days No Refund Non-refundable due to locked venue & admin commitments.

C. Self-Paced Online Content Refunds

Refund requests for self-paced digital/video content must be submitted within 7 days of purchase:

  • 10% or Less Consumed: 80% Refund (20% retained for administrative and platform fees).
  • More than 10% Consumed: No Refund.
  • After 7 Days of Purchase: No Refund.

3. Program Reschedule Policy

If you need to reschedule your attendance, requests must be submitted in writing. Rescheduling is valid for up to one (1) year from the request date, subject to seat availability in upcoming batches.

  • 31+ Days Before Start: No Fee (Complimentary reschedule).
  • 15 – 30 Days Before Start: 30% of Current Course Fee required to cover venue adjustments.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Start: 50% of Current Course Fee required to cover non-recoverable seat charges.
  • Mid-Workshop Reschedule: If an unforeseen emergency forces you to halt an ongoing workshop, you can join a future batch at 50% of the current fee.

Note: You must select your target alternate batch when requesting a reschedule. Seat allocations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Copyrights & Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, practice tests, and digital assets provided or made available during the program remain the sole intellectual property of Kavita Sharma.

  • Strict Non-Distribution: No portion of any course material may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise) without prior written consent.
  • PMI® Code of Ethics Compliance: Unauthorized copying or redistribution of copyrighted content constitutes a direct violation of the PMI® Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Any breach will be reported to PMI®, potentially resulting in formal disciplinary action, credential suspension, or revocation of eligibility for the PMP® exam.
