  •  The People domain has 14 tasks, including managing conflicts, leading the team, empowering team members to engage virtual teams, and mentoring relevant stakeholders.
  • The Process domain has 17 tasks, including executing projects with urgency, managing communications to determine appropriate project methods, and managing project closure.
  • The Business Environment domain has 4 tasks, including evaluating project benefits and addressing external business environment changes to support organizational change. 
The PMP exam changes in 2023 PMI has changed the reference material for the authorized PMP trainers, and you will see that the new material now contains more terms and references from PMBOK7.  PMI is slowly changing the reference of the PMP exam question to PMBOK7—especially PMBOK7 Models. It has been observed that the PMP questions type is also changing. Now you will see:

  3. Less single select questions

  •  35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM Certification
