Easy PMI-PBA renewal — 60+ pre-approved PDUs, zero hassle, and real-world AI training.
You hold the PMI-PBA®. Your three-year cycle is running down, you have a handful of PDUs from webinars, and sixty still looks a long way off. This bundle closes the whole gap in one purchase — and teaches you the one skill every business analyst is being asked about this year: using AI on real analysis work.
Created by Kavita Sharma, PMP®, PgMP® — PMBOK® Guide contributor, 16 years as a practitioner, 10+ years coaching project professionals.
What’s inside the PMI-PBA renewal bundle
Three PMI-registered courses that together carry 63 Education PDUs — every PDU your PMI-PBA renewal needs, and three to spare.
The Happy AI Leader
Working alongside a team that uses AI. Where to trust it, where to check it, how to keep client and company information safe, and how to tie the work back to the value it was meant to deliver.
Using AI at Work – Step By Step
The practical one. Drafting and testing requirements, stakeholder communication, reporting, risk, and decisions from real data — each worked end to end, then applied to your own work.
From Project Delivery to Programme Thinking
Where your analysis lands. How outputs become benefits, how dependencies run across several projects at once, and who owns the value once delivery is done.
The three courses are built around the PMI Talent Triangle® requirement, so you have nothing to work out. Each one is pre-approved and registered with PMI, and carries its own claim code. 63 PDUs is about 63 hours of registered learning — an evening a week, or a few long sittings; your access lasts a year, so there is no deadline from us.
Your 60 PMI-PBA PDUs, fully covered
This bundle maps to the PMI Talent Triangle®, giving you full coverage with no guesswork.

Case study
Customer case study: from Suspended to Active
The problem: A project manager found their status "Suspended" due to a missed deadline.
The solution: Enrolled in the Renew PMP bundle, finished the courses, and claimed the PDUs in minutes.
The result: Status updated back to Active the very next day.
Individual results and PMI processing times vary.
PMI-PBA renewal FAQ
Every course in this bundle is registered with PMI.
Kavita Sharma is a 2026 ATP with PMI. The claim codes you receive are on PMI's own register, which is why CCRS accepts them without you describing the learning.
Yes. The bundle gives you the 60 Education PDUs your PMI-PBA cycle needs, with three to spare. You then complete the renewal yourself at PMI.org and pay PMI’s renewal fee — the same step every PMI-PBA holder does.
Yes. Everything is online at lms.kavitasharma.net, on a laptop or a phone, and PMI claim codes work the same in every country.
You can still renew. PMI gives you a one-year suspension period after your cycle end date; earn the PDUs, report them in CCRS and pay the fee inside that window and your status returns to Active. If the year has passed, the credential expires and you would need to sit the exam again — so if you are suspended, start now.
Yes. Each course in this bundle is pre-approved and registered with PMI, and has its own claim code. When you enter the code in CCRS, PMI already holds the course record, so the claim goes through without you having to describe or justify the learning.
It is the whole sixty, with three to spare. Nothing else is needed for the Education part of your cycle.
Not wasted, but worth checking first. PMI lets you carry up to 20 PDUs into your next PMI-PBA cycle — but only ones earned in the final 12 months of the current cycle. Put the numbers already on your dashboard into the calculator to check how many PDUs you still need and see the gap you actually have to close.
It can. PMI’s CCR Handbook says Power Skills and Business Acumen PDUs apply across all the certifications you hold, and all Ways of Working PDUs count towards the PMP. In practice you enter the same claim code once under each credential. Check your own dashboard totals, though — your two cycles hold different existing PDUs and different end dates, so the gap each one has left is rarely the same.
Not in the sense of teaching you requirements elicitation again — you already hold the PMI-PBA. It teaches you to use AI on the analysis work you already do: drafting and testing requirements, reading data, communicating with stakeholders, and tracing a solution back to the benefit it was meant to deliver. Each course is registered with PMI and carries its own claim code.
You will have a downloadable certificate for each course, and every course is on PMI’s own register under its claim code. An audit asks for proof that the learning took place; the certificates are that proof. If PMI does select you, message Kavita and we will help you put the response together and clear it. Nobody can promise the result of an audit, and we do not — but you will have exactly what PMI asks to see, and you will not be doing it alone.
Usually, yes. You can start the moment you buy, and you can claim each course’s PDUs as soon as you finish that course — a pre-approved claim code is accepted in CCRS straight away. PMI also allows 90 days after your cycle end date to complete the renewal. If you are very close to the line, message Kavita first and she will tell you honestly whether it fits.
You have 1 year of access at lms.kavitasharma.net. You can claim a course’s PDUs as soon as you finish that course — you do not have to wait until all three are done.
The courses start from nothing, but they do not stop there. Most of the content is about applying AI to project work properly — checking output, protecting confidential information, and building a method you can repeat — which is the part regular ChatGPT users tend to have skipped.
No exam. No essays. No assignments. Work through the courses at your pace and claim your codes.
No. Your access and your claim codes are both issued the moment you buy, so the bundle cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether it fits your cycle, message Kavita before you buy and she will tell you plainly.
Checked against the PMI CCR Handbook (April 2026). You can also check your PMI-PBA renewal requirements for every PMI certification.
