The credential
PgMP® stands for Program Management Professional. It is PMI’s highest credential for people who run many related projects together. In plain words: PMP® says you can run a project. PgMP® says you can run many projects that work toward one goal.

With a four-year degree: 4 years of project management experience (or an active PMP®) plus 4 years of program management experience. With a secondary diploma: 4 years of project management plus 7 years of program management experience. All within the last 15 years.
170 multiple-choice questions in 240 minutes (4 hours). You can take it online or at a test centre. Before the exam, PMI does a panel review of your experience.
