Hi Kavita, I wanted to let you know, I bought your book ten days before my retake of my PMP exam.My first exam I got two “Needs Improvement” and three “Below Target.” That was after approx.300 hours of intense study. I developed an intense study program (retooled and redirected) and bought your book from Amazon to gain a better understanding of the ITTOs. I was please to learn it also contained the formulas and other areas. I found it immensely helpful regarding ITTOs and would recommend it to others.

PS – I retook the exam Jan 17, 2020 and earned FIVE “Above Target” scores!!
