    How does the calculator work out my gap?

    Does it check each area?

    Yes. It compares what you have in Ways of Working, Power Skills and Business Acumen against the minimum for your certification, and shows the shortfall in each.

    Does Giving Back count towards the areas?

    No, and the calculator follows that rule. Giving Back counts towards your total only, up to the cap for your certification.

    Why is the total not just 60 minus what I have?

    Because the area minimums can push the number up. If you have 55 PDUs but none in Business Acumen, you still need 8 more Education PDUs, not 5.

    Questions people ask about PDU gaps

    One of the three Talent Triangle areas is below its minimum, or fewer than the required number are Education. PMI checks all of those, not just the total. The area bars show where the shortfall is.

    No. Only your CCRS dashboard knows those. This page tells you how many PDUs are missing, not how long you have to earn them.

    Run it once for each. Power Skills and Business Acumen Education PDUs count for both, so the second run usually shows a smaller gap than you expect.
